This Privacy Policy describes how Next Chapter B.V.("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects the personal data of users of our Zoom-integrated application (the "App").

• Audio/video recordings (only if you grant explicit access)
• Transcripts and chat logs (if available)
• User ID and email address (from Zoom OAuth)

We do not access or store Zoom recordings unless you authorize access via Zoom’s OAuth process.

• Generate meeting transcripts and conversation analytics
• Provide AI-based feedback and performance suggestions
• Support your use of the App (e.g. debugging or improving features)
• Comply with legal obligations

We never sell your data.

Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes listed above. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
