These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zoom application (the "App") provided by Next Chapter B.V.("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

The App provides Zoom users with tools for analysing recorded meetings and generating feedback. You may only use the App in accordance with Zoom’s Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate permissions to analyse and share meeting recordings.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or Zoom policies
• Misuse or reverse-engineer the App
• Upload unlawful, sensitive, or confidential material without proper consent

4. Account & Access

Access to the App requires Zoom OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the App belongs to Next Chapter B.V., unless otherwise stated. You may not reuse code, content, or branding without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Zeeland, Netherlands.
